Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, and techniques to execute projects effectively and efficiently. It’s a strategic competency for organizations, enabling them to tie project results to business goals—and thus, better compete in their markets.
PMI® is a not-for-profit organization that advances the project management profession through globally recognized standards and certifications, collaborative communities, an extensive research program, and professional development opportunities. It is one of the world's largest professional membership associations, with half a million members and credential holders in more than 185 countries.

There are two categories of training programs: Informative: e.g. PMP® tutorial, where focus is on teaching to pass the PMP® test only. The participants post the training program, might clear the PMP® test, but may or may not be in a position to apply the PMBOK® concepts on real time situations. The other category is the transformational type which focuses on enhancing the effectiveness and competence of the participants. SABCONS programs delivers a harmonious blend of informational and transformational content.
The participant can pay the PMI® credential exam fees directly to PMI® once he/she decides to apply for the exam. The SABCONS program fees is exclusive of the exam fees.

Yes, we provide weekend PMP training programs over 5 Saturdays. One may think why not finish the trainings in 2 to maximum 3 weekends instead of 5 Saturdays.
SABCONS, as an organisation, believes in efficiency over convenience in delivering the training. An individual who will attend a 2 or 3 week Sat + Sun training will also be managing work for 5 business days. This means she / he will have to stretch for 19 days without a break until the course completes. However, in a 5 Saturday program the individual gets a break on every Sunday. This will allow her / him some time to reflect / recharge before the next week and avoid burnout, hence learning becomes fun. We would also like to quote examples from the IIMs who never conduct a course on Sundays with the same rationale as there needs to be balance between work, life and education.
