An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Sriprasad has worked on several landmark projects across the country and abroad. Namita has over 20 years of varied professional experience in renowned organizations including SABCONS, ANZIT and NIIT. She has delivered over 200 high value project management trainings for multinational corporate organizations and public workshops.
The trainings conducted by Namita are PMI’s CAPM certification (Certified Associate in Project Management); organization-specific customized training module, Global Project Management; Managing by Projects; MS Project Server 2003|2007|2010; and MS Project Standard 2003|2007|2010|2013.
Namita is a graduate in computer science and additionally holds PRINCE2 certification, CAPM, and PMI certification from USA. An MPWE graduate from IIM, Bangalore, she is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner.
Naveen Lakkur is a serial entrepreneur turned Innovation coach. He loves to inspire enterprises and entrepreneurs to innovate and guide them to grow in the right direction. In his professional career spanning 25+ years in the industry worldwide, he has been a catalyst for 250+ ideas to have become commercial realities. He is passionate about sharing his practical knowledge of nurturing ideas. He brings to the table his personal experience of a unique combination of ‘Systemic Innovation ~ A Structured and Scalable Approach’ and ‘Tactical Innovation ~ A Frugal and Flexible Approach.’ Currently he serves as Chief Innovation Coach at Institute of Inspiring Innovation.

JP is a performance-driven, highly experienced Agile coach, trainer and SAFe Program Consultant with the ability to help organizations deliver world-class quality software. He has over 20 years of experience in software development, testing, quality and Agile/SAFe coaching. He has worked with more than half a dozen leading software companies on Enterprise Agile Transformation journey and has consulted from start-ups to large corporations/Fortune 100 corporations, providing Agile training and consulting across India, China, USA and Europe.
Currently he is coaching a European mid-size organization across India and Germany for their Agile transformation program. JP is a renowned speaker at Agile and Scrum meet-ups, STEP-IN, QAI and Agile India Conferences, and has published articles on various Agile communities.
Sudhir has over 22 years of experience in consulting, project implementation and operations roles. Previously, he was with Ernst & Young (EY), a Global Big 4 firm, for over 17 years, where he advised a wide range of clients in technology, media, financial services and government sectors on market entry strategy, business planning, outsourcing/offshoring, organization reviews and benchmarking. At EY, he successfully set up and grew a multimillion dollar offshore consulting practice to work with global clients on business program management. Sudhir drove several strategic initiatives relating to shared services, PMO, transition management, account management, contracting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
Sudhir completed his BE in Instrumentation Technology from SJCE, Mysore and is a certified PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner and Scrum Master. He has attended executive programs in IIM Bangalore and IIM Lucknow. He is also passionate about tennis and is an AITA-certified tennis instructor.
Uma comes with more than 24 years of experience in the IT industry. She was with IBM India for more than 17 years, prior to which she spent a few years with PCL Mindware and TCS. Her tenure at IBM Global Services includes fulfilling the role of Program Manager and Portfolio Manager, driving various organization-wide initiatives and being part of the Project Management Center of Excellence. She has also driven lean initiatives for large sectors across the organization. She has been recognized with the Eminence and Excellence Award multiple times, and also the Excellence in Business Award, apart from other recognitions like Spot Award, Bravo Award and Star of the Month Award.
What’s unique about Uma is her vast experience across product development, services and operations. An alumnus of UVCE, Bangalore, Uma is a certified PfMP® (Portfolio Management Professional) and PMP® from PMI, USA. She is also a CSQA certified professional and an IBM Certified Lean Coach.
Prof. Vedavyas has more than 25 years of industry experience. He was the Regional Head of TCS in Birmingham, UK and was Senior Vice-President at Tech Mahindra (earlier, Mahindra Satyam), responsible for global telecom business before moving to academics. He was the Principal Relationship Manager for the company’s largest customer who accounted for nearly 8% of the company’s revenue. In this capacity, he was responsible for large account management, growth strategy, and profitability of the business unit.
Prof. Vedavyas M.G. consults for startups and is currently Professor of Management at PES University, Bangalore. He teaches Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship Development, and International Business. He heads PES’s IT development efforts and manages the university’s industry interactions. He has been a visiting faculty at SRM University, Chennai. He has successfully attempted innovative teaching methodologies in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management.
Prof. Vedavyas M.G. is a graduate of science, engineering and management. He finished his B.Sc. from the National College, Bangalore and went on to complete his B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science. He earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. In 2008, Prof. Vedavyas completed an Executive Education Course for Global Managers from Harvard Business School.
V. Srinivasa Rao is popularly known as VSR. In a career spanning 21 years in the IT industry, he has held positions as Senior Vice President, Global Head – Digital Enterprise Solutions at Tech Mahindra, and Chairman at PMI Team India. VSR has also been an invited speaker and panel member/chair at NASSCOM, CII, PMI, HYSEA, and FICCI.
Pushpa Menon has more than 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, specializing in design and customization of learning interventions (professional skills programs) for employees with focus on management development programs. Her last role in the corporate world was as India Head of Learning & Development in McAfee (Intel Security Services).
In 2014, Pushpa decided to step out of her full-time role in the corporate world and started consulting and facilitating more learning. She became adept at understanding business requirements and customizing Learning & Development initiatives for businesses through performance consulting, with a process-oriented and analytical approach.
